Collections start on day one, not at month-end
If you keep the books for small businesses, you know the pattern: invoices go overdue, nobody notices until the month-end review, and by then the conversation with the customer is harder.
CashWatchdog emails a business the morning an invoice goes past due, with the customer, the amount and how late it is, and once more if it reaches 30 days. It's read-only, so it never touches the books you keep.
How it works for a client
- Each client business gets its own subscription ($49/month) and connects its own QuickBooks Online company.
- Alerts go to whichever address the client chooses, the owner, their office manager or you, and it can be changed anytime from the account page.
