Know the morning a QuickBooks invoice goes overdue
QuickBooks Online will tell you an invoice is overdue if you go looking. Most owners don't have time to go looking, so late invoices sit for weeks before anyone chases them. CashWatchdog does the looking for you and emails you.
What you get
Every morning, CashWatchdog checks your QuickBooks Online company for invoices that are past their due date and still unpaid. If it finds any it hasn't told you about, you get one email listing each of them:
- the invoice number and customer
- the amount still owed
- the due date and how many days overdue it is
Each invoice is flagged once, the day it goes overdue, and once more at 30 days if it's still unpaid. No daily nagging about the same invoice, and no email at all on days when nothing new went overdue.
